Frank
is also a very trusting person and says that: "I know
that the more trustful I am of myself and especially others,
working on a project, the better my work becomes"
Frank
started acting in elementary school but really became passionate
about acting in high school. Frank began his University
education at Georgetown University, in Washington, D.C.,
U.S.A., but that came to an abrupt halt when Frank left
the University to study acting at the Royal Academy of
Dramatic Arts in London, England. Since that time, Frank
has gone on to appear as a principle character in over
50 feature film and television projects and over 40 plays.
Some of Frank's feature film credits include: "Confessions
of a Dangerous Mind" starring Julia Roberts, Sam Rockwell
and George Clooney (Mad Chance Productions), "The
Sum of All Fears" starring Ben Affleck and Morgan
Freeman (Paramount Pictures), "Artificial Lies" (Blackwatch
Productions), "The Bone Collector" Starring Denzel
Washington and Julia Roberts (Universal Pictures) and "Free
Money" (Filmline Entertainment). Frank has also had
the pleasure of working alongside Marlon Brando, Charlie
Sheen, Donald Sutherland, Christopher Plummer, Alec Baldwin,
Paul Newman and Brian Cox.

Frank
says that he likes to play multi dimensional characters
who defy type. Frank's favorite types of films are suspense
films and his favorite film is "The Third Man",
directed by Carol Reed and starring Joseph Cotton, Orson
Wells, Alida Valli and Trevor Howard.
Frank's
passions outside of acting are taking long scenic walks,
writing and painting. "I love to paint. I love the
feeling of spreading oil on canvas and observing the colors
intertwine and explode. Painting is the most sensual form
of expression that I know of…and if I were not an
actor I most definitely would try my hand at a career in
painting", says Frank.
When
Frank was asked if there were any interesting similarities
between Herbert Poppy (the character he plays in "Two
Summers") and himself, Frank had this to say: "Herbert
and I met; became good friends; and as is often the case,
we rubbed off on one another. Our identities became blurred.
But when it was over, he went his way and I went mine".
Frank
now lives in Westmount, Quebec, Canada and has two sons
and a daughter.
